Charming apartment, with habitable loft and attic, in one of the most beautiful and elegant central area of Venice, near Accademia in Dorsoduro district, close to the most important museums, to many restaurants and to the main public transport stops. The space The apartment is located near Campo San Vio and it was recently renovated; it’s on the first floor of an old building, without elevator, accessible by only 21 steps. Even if it has modern amenities, the apartment is tastefully furnished in classical Venetian stile. It has a living room with dining area, a small well-equipped kitchen (microwave, blender, kettle, toaster, moka coffee maker, american coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer), a master bedroom and a bathroom with bath. From the living room, with very high wooden beam roof, you can go upstair to the loft where there is a comfortable relaxing area, and from here you can reach the attic where there is the second bedroom with two beds and the second bathroom with shower. From the living room and master bedroom windows you have a beautiful and relaxing view on a private garden and you can see the Basilica della Salute. The apartment is air conditioning equipped in both bedrooms and in the living room, it has washing machine, iron, hair dryer, Wi-Fi, a TV and amplifier bluetooth to listen to your favorite music from your mobile phone. If you arrive with your young child, you will find a cot and toys for him! Bed linen and towels are provided. In the apartment everything is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guest access The whole apartment is reserved to the guests that can enjoy it without sharing with other people.
