For business or pleasure, you will find all you need to experience lovely Winona Lake, staying in our GuestHouse Suites, next to the heart of the Village at Winona. A short walk up the hill to Grace College, or over to visit the shops and restaurants, Spring Fountain Park graces your view. Winona Lake Park and public beach, a new splash pad, and ice skating pavillion, tennis, basketball, and Pickleball courts. Paved walking/biking trails, and mountain bike trails, all within walking distance. Our guest Suites are nestled into the hill, built new in 2015. Each private upper level Suite has it's own entrance and balcony to watch the beautiful Winona Lake sunset. The lower level Suite has a cement approach entrance for relaxing and enjoying the park activities. With comfortable beds, sofa sleeper, private bath and fully equipped kitchenette or full kitchen, many convenient amenities are added to make your stay as cozy as possible. Xfinity TV and WIFI Inquire about the use of our bicycles, tennis racquets, basketballs, or volleyballs. We live close by if needed. We are on a historic street in Winona Lake at the base of the hill leading to Grace College and Seminary. Next to Winona Heritage Room and Spring Fountain Park, you will be able to live like a local and enjoy the views of the park and The Village At Winona with all the hustle of activities in the summertime. Take a short walk across Park Avenue to visit the quaint shops and get a coffee and pastry or breakfast at the LightRail Coffee shop. There is a set of historic cement steps that lead up to the entrance of our suites, but a ramp is also available to minimize the use of steps. One private parking space per suite are available for our guests. Other public parking is available a short walk across the park, or along Park Avenue. Check- in is 3 pm and check- out is 11 am. This time may be flexible as long as prior arrangements have been made.
