Guesthouse Suites is the ideal home base for the Village At Winona, Grace College and biking / walking trails. Relax on our balcony that overlooks Spring Fountain Park. Explore village shops and restaurants, Miller Sunset Pavilion/ Farmers Market in summer or Ice skating rink in winter, Winona Lake Park and Splash pad, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts, paved Heritage Trail for walking or biking, and challenging mountain bike trails. The space Built in 2015, our guesthouse is nestled into the hill on Terrace Drive. Each upper level Suite A or B, is accessed by a set of historic cement steps and have their own private entrance and balcony to watch the beautiful Winona Lake sunset. Lower level Suite C has a private entrance and patio on ground level for relaxing and enjoying the park activities. All have comfortable beds, sofa sleeper, private bath and fully equipped kitchenette/full kitchen. Many convenient amenities are added to make your stay as cozy as possible. Guest access Smart TV and WIFI Inquire about the use of our bikes. Other things to note Suites A and B check- in is 3 pm and check-out is 11 am. Suite C check-in is 4 pm and check- out is 12 noon. This time may be flexible as long as prior arrangements have been made. There are 4 parking spaces in front of the guesthouse. Suites A and B are allowed 1 space each. Suite C is allowed 2 spaces. There is free public parking along Park Ave for extra vehicles. No parking directly in front of garage door please.
