This property is located on an easy-to-access, quiet, low traffic street with an EV charging station just 2 blocks away and friendly neighbors. the bathroom has only a stand up shower that is not very big. anybody over 6' 3" tall may have to bend down a bit. it does have both a top shower head and a hand held shower nozzle.
