A unique one-of-a-kind Bed and Breakfast, with country charm located in the heart of the Poconos. Deerfield is located on 12 acres, accommodates up to 23 guests. 12 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, sheets & towels provided, 3 Large Lounges, Free WiFi, and dining room seats 23. Commercial/Industrial kitchen with a six burner gas stove-top, 2 ovens, flattop cooker, industrial refrigerator and dishwasher (cookware/dishes provided). Inside sauna available. On-Site free private parking lot. The space The Bed and Breakfast is available all year round. July and August's rentals have a 5-night minimum. For all other months, there is a 2-night minimum. One-of-a-kind property. 21 beds in 12 rooms each with its own private bathroom. 3 lounges. Full industrial kitchen. We will try to accommodate any reservation. We are located in the heart of the Poconos Mountains, privately owned and operated for over 40 years. During the months of May to October, the Annex is also available. This is a separate unit with 6 rooms, 4 rooms having 2 full-size beds each and 2 rooms having 1 king-size bed each. $900 per night, plus applicable taxes. There is an additional cleaning fee of $100 for the Annex Guest access We have an outdoor pool and hot tub which is available May through September. If you would like the pool heater on it is an additional $600 per stay. Sauna is available all year long. Other things to note We provide all sheets and towels. Beds are made upon arriving. Soap is provided. No pets allowed. No smoking indoors allowed. Security cameras on premises. Please be sure to bring industrial garbage bags, table cloths, paper towels to dry dishes and napkins. Chef available upon request. Chef does all shopping and guests picks the menus. There is a one time $100 fee for shopping. All meals are shopped for in advance. Chef cooks all meals, sets up the food and then cleans dishes and kitchen after each meal prepared. The chef service is a $250 daily fee. There is no markup on the food purchased. The average has been $9-$11 per meal per person. GREAT DEAL. Most rentals have been going this way since it frees them up to be together.
