The space Noteworthy: only hypo-allergenic "free & clear" laundry detergent is used for bedding and towels & no fabric softeners; no toxic cleaning products, no scented candles, no air fresheners Here is what is included in your guest suite: Private Bedroom with natural light from three windows, high ceiling, ceiling fan, elegant crystal wall sconces, well-appointed furnishings, and a luxe queen bed. You are ensured a perfect night's sleep! Private Bathroom with shower, plush towels, and shower amenities. Spotless & clean, better than Airbnb's Enhanced Cleaning Protocol. Semi-private Sitting Room (see photos with captions for more details on how the guest suite is situated in the home) with a dining table that adapts well to a workspace, and TV with Chromecast (sorry, no cable). Kitchenette, ideal for non-cooked food prep, with a 3.3 cu ft fridge, Cosori hot water kettle, Keurig coffee station w/ complimentary K-Cups and coffee/tea mates, a small sink, cupboard space stocked with essentials, luggage racks and extra space to hang clothes. The property, once upon a time a private game reserve, resonates with outdoorsy guests. It features a fire pit and chiminea (wood provided), as well as a tree-shaded jogging track. Enjoy the TX wildlife: butterflies, fireflies, squirrels, hawks, yellow-crowned night herons, cardinals, bunnies, and skittish lizards.
