Located just TWO blocks from Forsyth Park in the heart of Savannah. Only two adult guests are permitted per reservation. When a reservation is made for more than the recommended two adult guests, an additional $75.00 charge per night, per guest will be added to the reservation. Please read the following prior to booking to ensure our space meets your needs. When utilizing the inflatable single or double beds to accommodate more than two guests (no more than four) the beds will take up the entire family room while in use. Guests would most likely have to stow the bed(s) each day to be able to move around the apartment comfortably. Also, the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom, so the folks staying in the bedroom will most likely have their privacy compromised. We just wanted guests to be aware so you there were no surprises when you and your family arrived. 2) There is a resident on the property with severe allergies so we absolutely will NOT allow pets of any kind, service animals included. Please find a property that meets your needs as we will be required to turn you away upon arrival if an animal of any kind arrives with you. No Exceptions! OUR STREET PARKING IS FREE & EASY Parking is not an issue on our street. We are fortunate to live on a street where most of the residents park in garages behind their homes freeing up spaces for guests. Our street isn’t metered so parking is free. The only thing to note is that there are signs posted for street sweeping. You have to park on the opposite side of the street the night the sweeper comes. If you don’t, you’ll get a ticket. HURRICANE SEASON The southeastern United States is prone to hurricane occurrences between June 1st and November 30th. During that time, Savannah is often made an early target by weather forecasters but due to the shape of our coastline, storms almost always veer off and the forecast changes. For that reason, we often assure guests that are booked in hurricane season not to panic and immediately cancel their reservation. Guests from other parts of the country see things like "five foot storm surge warning" and freak out. What they don't know is that downtown Savannah has an elevation of more that forty feet, so nothing to worry about. We offer a moderate cancellation policy, meaning you can cancel "no questions asked" up to five days before your scheduled arrival and receive a full refund. After that date, no refunds are issued. That goes for less than ideal weather too. We will issue a weather related cancellation refund within five days of your scheduled arrival for two reasons: Chatham County is under a mandatory storm evacuation or if you have a flight to Savannah that was cancelled by the airline due to unsafe weather in Savannah. We NEVER recommend booking the "non-refundable option" to receive a 10% discount as refunds are NOT offered for any reason, storm related or otherwise. Guest access Guests are welcome to spend time in the beautifully landscaped peaceful courtyard. Relax on their private screened porch or keep warm by the natural gas fire pit. Either way you’re sure to love this space whether visiting the south’s hostess city on business or pleasure.
