This area has numerous regional festivals and events featuring arts, crafts, music, storytelling and more from both local and visiting artists. Located on a quiet 2 lane country road with very little traffic. Only 8 miles to I26 at the Unicoi Rd. exit.. Walking and mtn. bike trails all over the 20 acre property, with the Appalachian Trail only 5 minutes away. The Nolichuckey River is also only about 15-20 minutes away. During the winter months (November-March) there may be days when the waterfall cannot be used due to freezing weather conditions that could cause damage to the pump. Unfortunately the bathtubs and outside shower are not available November-March because of the fixtures freezing. NO PETS ALLOWED!
