Quaint, Cozy, Lovable Home near Lake Champlain

I have a cozy, quaint, country chic home that I take great pride in. It's a 7 minute walk to Lake Champlain, the new marina, Bayside Pavillion Restaurant and bar, a fishing pier as well as a local park with farmers markets and running paths. A 5 minute drive brings you to the heart of St. Albans town. Surrounded by another park, breweries, shops and restaurants. I live on a very quiet street. 40 minutes to Jay Peak and Smugglers Notch. ****I NOW HAVE AN ABOVE GROUND POOL*** The space I am very accommodating and want my home to feel like yours. I have full screened in porch, grill, fire pit, garden and fenced in yard. I have a cozy living room with an electric fireplace that gives off a nice ambiance. I have a fully functioning kitchen that I am happy to share! I do live in my home with my two dogs Gunner and Ammo that only bark when you come to the door! Say their name and give them a treat and they will be your best friend for life! I work from home 3 days a week, 2 days, I do go in to the office. Guest access My home is for your use to enjoy and relax. I just ask you not access my bedroom or my garages without asking. During your stay I am available via cell and email anytime. I’m happy to show you around, watch a movie with you, et., or also keep to myself so I don’t disturb your stay! Other things to note I have a tv available in your room, ready for you to log in to your Netflix or entertainment accounts. I NOW HAVE AN ABOVE GROUND POOL YOU CAN FLOAT AROUND IN*** I also have a two car garage, I can accommodate people on bike tours with a place to store your bike while here and a pickup truck if you need to be picked up at Amtrak.
