Our home is your home away from home! It is 2400 sq/ft and will accommodate as many as 10 guests comfortably. 3 BR's, 2 full baths, modern kitchen, sunroom/office, and a screened in back porch. The 1st living area has a dining set and sofa bed. The 2nd living area features a large sectional, reading nook, a 65" Smart TV, and ARCADE CONSOLE. The Master BR suite has a walk-in closet, in-suite bathroom, and 65" Smart TV. Fully fenced backyard. The space Our spacious home boasts two 65" Smart TV's, one in the Family Room and one in the Master Bedroom, books & games, a full kitchen with all the basics, coffee & tea, writing desk for working or dreaming, stocked laundry room, a nursing chair, an expandable baby playpen, & a bin of toys. Sleeping arrangements: 1 King BR, 1 Queen BR, 1 bunk bedroom (double on bottom and single on top). Then there is a twin daybed and full-sized pullout sofa in the office, just off of the kitchen and Living Room 1. This accounts for 10 guests. There is even more sleeping space, w/ the leather couch in LR 1 being a pull-out too. There will be pillows, sheets, and comforters for the couches. Backyard is fully fenced for the kids and fur babies. Guest access You will have private and exclusive access to the entire home. The front door features a keyless passcode entry system. The second entry to the home is through the back porch and double French doors. There is a driveway that can fit up to 4 cars and free street parking available as well. Other things to note No parties or events are allowed at the property by any means. The only people authorized in the property are those included in the reservation. If it is determined that a party is taking place or unauthorized people have entered the property, the booking will be cancelled immediately without refund and AirBnB will be notified regarding the breach in contract. Dogs (up to two) are permitted with pre-approval. We do not allow cats or other animals. We do charge a $50 flat fee. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or on the beds. Dogs must be crated if left at home alone. Clean up dog poo from the yard please. If it is determined that an irresponsible pet owner has allowed their pets on our furniture, we reserve the right to charge a $200 fee for the additional cleaning required. There is a Ring Doorbell Camera on the front door. It doesn't record. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS IN THE HOME. Intentionally obstructing the camera, disabling, or tampering with the camera will result in the reservation being cancelled immediately without refund and AirBnB will be notified regarding the breach in contact.
