Other things to note *Rental Agreement is required* As of January 9, 2023 Guest fishing and access to the lakes is prohibited. There are several great fishing alternatives within a short 20-40 minute drive from the house. Eleven mile Reservoir, Eleven Mile Canyon, Spinney Mountain Reservoir, Manitou Lake, and our favorite spot during the summer, Rampart Range Reservoir.
