Located between calle Velázquez and calle Lagasca, this luxury 2 bedroom apartment is idealy situated if you are comming to Madrid for work reasons. The space The main entrance leads to a large hall provided with coat cupboards and feature bookcases. The hall gives access to the living room, the kitchen and the bedrooms. The elegant living room has a large window that brings in light during most of the day. The sitting area is perfect for relaxing after a hectic day in Madrid, with two 3-seater sofas, a glass coffee table, and satellite TV. The dining room, bright and cheerful like the rest of the living room, can accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom is accessed from the living room and has two single beds together (105cm x 200cm), a mahogany writing desk placed in front of the window with views over calle Hermosilla, and two antique bedside tables. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub and shower. There is also a walk-in dresser. The second bedroom has two single beds (90cm x 200cm), fitted wardrobes and the use of a full bathroom accessed from the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for your stay. It also has a breakfast table and chairs, and a back door as the service entrance. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal with the apartment ready and prepared for your stay: the beds made, heating (or air conditioning) on and the fridge with water, milk, butter, bread, coffee and a few additional things in the fully equipped kitchen. We receive our guests personally and give them 2 sets of keys. If you want to arrive any earlier, please check availability in advance. Check-in between 20:30 and 22:30 will have a surcharge of 30€; check-in after 22.30 a surcharge of 50€.
