Beautiful, modern farmhouse in scenic Lisabuela

Beautifully designed modern farmhouse set on two acres in the Lisabuela neighborhood. Amazing sunset views from the home and property. We enjoy Lisabuela beach (15 min walk/ .7 mile) for sunset and beachcombing. We love our yard and patio area - great for families/BBQs/kids. Decorated in a minimalist, eclectic style. This is our personal home and we hope you love it as much as we do. The space This is our personal home that we share with our three children. We are always working on a new project or design and hope that you appreciate the home and property as much as we do. The home is 2,200 sq feet and is on two levels with a basement level for laundry. You will find the first level with a mud room, open kitchen, dining, family room and two bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom with clawfoot tub and large walk-in shower. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom that has a crib and toddler bed as well and a landing/loft that has a sleeping nook (twin bed). Our home is on two acres and is set up for families. We have a patio with porch swings, a climbing tree, wood-fired hot tub and lots of berry bushes. Guest access You are able to access all parts of the home and property except the trampoline and we ask that you do not go in the chicken run. We have a tiny home on the property that is occupied and the outdoor area is shared with this tenant. There is a parked trailer on the property that is not part of rental.
