Email us today for more details! The space Welcome to The Wave in Cannon Beach, OR! We are proud owners of our home away from home for over 20 years. As our family has grown, so has our home. We have celebrated birthdays, graduations, retirements, holidays, girls' weekends, romantic getaways, solo-recharge trips, and maybe a few rowdy parties in our college years. Our home is enjoyable year-round with our indoor hot tub and fireplace. You'll find our 3,000 sq ft home will have everything you need to create lasting memories. With a cozy, yet spacious layout, there is plenty of room to gather as well as getaway. There is a living room space and a bathroom on every floor. With 4 bedrooms and plenty of couch and floor space, you will find we can comfortably sleep more than 12 guests, although 12 is our legal limit. 2 dogs allowed - please do not allow them on furniture or in the hot tub room. Located at the end of the street near Tolovana Park and 2.5 blocks from the beach, you'll find everything you need within walking distance. Guest access Full access to this private home with indoor Hot tub adjacent to the master bedroom. Other things to note Rental Agreement/Rules In renting this home the guest agrees to the following. Failure to do so will result in extra charges. 1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house. This includes marijuana. Smoking is allowed outside only and the renter is responsible for picking up cigarette filters. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth prior may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets other than those disclosed beforehand are NOT allowed. Pets are permitted only with prior approval and must abide to the Pet House Rules. 7. Parking: Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. All trash must be secured in the trash can outside by end of stay. 9. Hot Tub: No children under the age of 12 are permitted in hot tub without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in the tub prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. RINSE OFF before entering the hot tub. Excess sand and dirt must be removed. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm. 10. Fireplace: The fireplace on the bottom floor may not be used. The main floor fireplace may be used with wood and paper. Please remember there is certain health risks associated with fireplaces. Use at your own risk. Please do not throw garbage or other combustible materials in the fireplace. 11. Water: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper and human waste in the toilets. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. RINSE OFF outside before entering the shower. Clogging the drains with excess sand may result in deduction of deposit. 12. Storms: Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions. If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: • The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Storm/Tsunami Warning area" and/or • A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Storm/Tsunami Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. • The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Storm/ Tsunami Warning," area, we will refund: -Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; -Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Tsunami Warning is lifted; and -Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the " Tsunami Warning" period.
