4 Eagle Ranch offers its original Homestead House with 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a gourmet kitchen, two-sided fireplace, dining room, living room and wrap-around deck. The Homestead House is available for rent and is perfect for weddings, family reunions, ski vacations and those who just want to get away, while still being in “Vail’s Backyard.” (For more history on the Ranch, please visit our history page on our website: www.4eagleranch.com) Guest access When guests rent the homestead house they have full access to the house and outdoor deck. Some parts of the property can be off-limits due to private events held on-site. Other things to note 4 Eagle Ranch is an activity and event venue, during the summer there are multiple activities such as Zip Lining, Horseback Riding, Jeep and ATV tours that operate that bring a lot of guests and traffic to the ranch. We also operate as a private event venue and there can be private events such as weddings and corporate retreats happing throughout the guest's stay. In the winter we offer sleigh rides with dinner 5 nights a week.
