We invite you to join us on the picturesque sunset side of Rarotonga in Ta'i, one of our 3 stylishly appointed holiday homes set in large tropical gardens. The space Relax in the tropical ambience of the entire top floor of this huge 'colonial styled' full sized homestead. Amazing views over the lush tropical gardens and sparkling saltwater swimming pool. Extensive covered decking for entertaining. An Adults Only property (we accept children 16 yo + or by exception when all 3 villas are booked). Each of the two large bedrooms are complete with ceiling fans. Only 200m to the lovely Arorangi white sand beach. Plus a selection of cafes, beach bars and restaurants are close by. Starter pack of locally sourced breakfast supplies is provided on arrival. Villa owners are available on site for any help or recommendations. Guest access Each of Arcadia's guests have complete freedom of the property which is spread over almost 3,000 square metres . There are many tropical fruit trees, banana, papaya, limes, coconut, star fruit and others. These are yours to pick and enjoy, when in season.
