Open floor plan allows everyone to be together while cooking or enjoying the fireplace or a show. Ping pong table in garage, backyard fire-pit, and rope swing in front yard. Clean linens provided as well as a good startup supply of tp, soaps, etc. Wood provided in side yard for use in fireplace. Washer and dryer in garage. Well stocked kitchen with granite counters and old growth wood flooring throughout main floor. Each bedroom lets out onto a backyard deck where you can listen to the ocean and enjoy time together. Front yard is fenced to help keep children safe and maintain privacy. Landing with reading nook. Very peaceful community. Pristine and scenic beach practically reserved for Nedonna Beach neighborhood. Plenty of on-lot parking for boats and trucks. Steps from secluded, beautiful Nedonna Beach, with 7 miles of unbroken sand and surf, including views of Twin Rocks in Rockaway. Nearby shops in Manzanita and Rockaway Beach. Fishing and boating opportunities abound. Near Lake Lytle and neighborhood fishing pond 5 minute walk away. Just a few hundred yards from the South Jetty of Nehalem Bay. Historic train rides.
