The living room also has a Sleeper Sofa allowing this unit to sleep up to 6 people. There is a 55" TV in the living room and a 41" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes a DVD player, stereo with remote, blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. No pets allowed as per owner. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). Our minimum age to rent is 25.
