Conveniently located within walking distance to several great restaurants and shops in downtown Biddeford, it’s just 10 minutes from Old Orchard Beach and about 20 minutes to Portland. Other things to note House Rules – Please Read Carefully No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment or anywhere in the building, including the use of weed/pot/marijuana. If you are caught smoking or if there is evidence or a report of smoking, a $200 fine will be applied. Shoes Off Policy: We recently updated the property with new carpets, so we kindly ask that you remove your shoes indoors. If you're not comfortable walking barefoot, we provide complimentary one-time-use slippers, or you are welcome to bring your own. Guest Limit & Accurate Booking: When booking, please ensure you enter the correct number of guests staying at the property, as this directly impacts the rate and preparation. We have a strict limit of 4 guests maximum. If this rule is not respected, there will be a $100 charge per additional guest.
