The space This apartment is located in a private mansion from the early 20th century. The ceiling heights, decorative elements, and cozy atmosphere will make your stay comfortable. It opened in January 2021, refurbished. - 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms of over 20 m2 with dressing room - 1 bathroom with double sink and shower and heated towel rail - 1 powder room - 1 relaxation area, kitchen and dining table. - Excellent Wi-Fi connection, ideal for remote working. RJ45 fiber socket. - It is located on the second floor of the house. - Hygiene and cleanliness are our priorities. - We live in the house on the lower floor. We'll be there if you need any information. - Cleaning is included, you're there to relax. - Beds will be made upon arrival, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided. - official 4* rating - Room for bikes or motorcycles. Guest access The house is co-owned. The garden is private for the ground floor neighbors. You will therefore only have access to your apartment. Other things to note We ask that you return the apartment to the condition it was in when you found it. No parties, no evening gatherings out of respect for our neighbors and other guests. We can welcome you in person if you wish between 4pm and 7pm but otherwise it is a self check-in. To park, you have spaces on our street (paid during the day and free from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.). Otherwise there is ample underground parking, Place des Epars, 150 meters from the house. After that, it's all on foot. If you come by train, we are 700 m from the train station, i.e. 10 min walk.
