Cozy Gambetta The space This cosy 5th floor flat sleeps up to 4 people in a quiet and lovely area in Paris near the Père Lachaise Cemetery and the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont. LIVING ROOM The bright living room offers a stylish and comfortable grey sofa and table which extends to sit 4 people. The sofa can extend to become a double sofa bed and sleeps 2 people comfortably by the French doors opening onto a Juliet balcony. The room is decorated with lovely pieces of artwork on the walls. KITCHEN Small, yet practical, the kitchen offers all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay, including an oven, a small glass-ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, kettle and a Bialetti coffee machine. BEDROOM This bedroom is located next to the living room and offers a double bed, a bedside cabinet and a desk. BATHROOM The bathroom is fitted with a combined bath tub and shower, cabinet and a single wash basin. WC A separate WC is located on the right hand side at end of the hallway. **To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** Please note that this flat is on the 5th floor and that there is no elevator in the building. Additionally, there is no television or washing machine in this property but a laundry is located just next door. When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes. Guest access Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. Check-ins outside of this window may incur additional fees. Unless otherwise specified, a greeter will meet you on arrival. Guests are free to enjoy the entire space as depicted on the listing. Other things to note No smoking, no parties! Pets are not allowed in Veeve homes unless agreed directly with a member of our Team, and on a strictly case by case basis. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. Veeve reserves the right to refuse a booking if it thinks the property may be used for a party.
