Nestled in the heart of the Temecula Valley Wine Country, the property is surrounded by olive trees and a private vineyard, making it the perfect setting for families, reunions or a wine tasting getaway. The space As you enter the front door, you’ll set foot on the luxurious travertine floors that span throughout the living area. Relaxation awaits you in one of the five bedrooms, including a secluded master suite complete with a king-size bed, fireplace, jetted tub and walk-in shower. The three remaining guest rooms offer queen-size beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom and breathtaking vineyard views. And if children or teens are part of your guest list, they’ll be overjoyed by the bunk bed room, which sleeps up to six. In addition to comfort, this property offers everything you need to entertain. Inside the home you’ll find poker and billiard tables, foosball and plenty of board games. And with four fireplaces, a wet bar and gourmet kitchen, your guests will have plenty of opportunities to unwind and savor the moment. Known for its unique microclimate and midday sun, Temecula offers the perfect setting for enjoying the great outdoors. This home is no exception, and invites you to step outside and take a dip in the pool, relax in the spa or enjoy a meal in the grand outdoor dining area. Children will enjoy hours of entertainment playing on the swingset or peeking in the koi pond. This home offers a wide array of amenities, including: Bathrooms: shampoo, conditioner, towels and liquid hand soap. Master bathroom has a blow dryer. There is also an ironing board and iron. Kitchen: dishes, plates, coffee cups, wine glasses, utensils and cookware. Paper plates, plastic cups, napkins and paper towels are available for outdoor dining. Guests may also enjoy the coffee maker and the supply of coffee, sweeteners and tea, as well as the toaster, blender and available seasonings. Other: pool towels and extra blankets are provided. Pool & Spa Use: Spa use is complimentary for three hours per day. Guests will be charged $30.00 per hour if the spa is left on after three hours of use. Pool takes 12 hours to heat and is $200/day. During September-March, pool use is $250/day. Pool fees are required to be paid in advance. Inside the spa, you’ll find a remote control which is used to turn on/off the spa, lights and jets. Guests are responsible to manage the pool/spa area during their stay and will be charged for excessive spa use. Guest access Entire Home is for guests. Other things to note Please note: the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras. No smoking of any kind (including marijuana) inside and outside the property. No pets. No portable or wireless speakers. The City of Temecula has a strict noise ordinance, including a 5-decibel penalty on noise from 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. and a 10-decibel penalty on noise from 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. Guests who violate this ordinance will not receive their $1,500 deposit. Please provide an accurate headcount upon booking. You will be charged $500 for each unauthorized guest.
