Cozy mnt cabin centrally located in the High Country!

Post-Helene update: roads to cabin are clear, and cabin has water, electric, and internet. The property is located in the small mountain community of Mill Ridge in Foscoe NC. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a small kitchen and open-concept family room + dining area. Outside there is a covered wrap-around deck with rocking chairs, sitting area and a grill. There is also parking available for up to 3 vehicles, with easy access to the house. The Mill Ridge community ammenities include hiking trails, a beautiful outdoor pool and 2 small ponds. Please be respectful of check-in and check-out times. If there are not renters checking-out and checking-in on the same day we are happy to allow a late check-out or early check-in. The master bedroom is on the 1st floor with a queen bed, full bath (double sinks), ceiling fan and a small flat screen TV. The kitchen is also on the 1st floor, fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots/pans, coffee maker, blender and more. The family room has a flat screen TV with cable/wifi, wireless internet, a propane wood stove and a ceiling fan. Upstairs is the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and ceiling fan. There is a full bath (double sinks) in the hallway. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a half bath. The property is centrally located in the High Country: 10 miles to downtown Boone/Appalachain State University, 9 miles to downtown Banner Elk, and 10 miles to Blowing Rock. In addition, we are 6 miles from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, 15 miles from Beech Mountain, 11 miles from Appalachian Mountain Ski Resort, 14 miles from Grandfather Mountain, 20 miles to Linville Falls and close to multiple access points for the Blue Ridge Parkway.
