Philip Towle 1763 House - Sheraton Room

Enjoy a stay at a historic Hampton village home built by Ensign Philip Towle (1737-98), in Autumn of 1763. We have 3 suites; the Sheraton room, the Chippendale room & the Oriental room. a complimentary snack & beverage bar, a beautiful gazebo & hidden garden along with a number of fine restaurants within a block of the home. The space The Sheraton Bedroom is located on the 2nd floor up a very gentle staircase. There is a a French custom made elegant yet sturdy sleigh bed along with a stunning birds eye maple bedroom set. The room has a private en suite full bathroom with shower. Also, we provide a continental breakfast and snack area in upstairs hall for your convenience including Keurig coffee and tea, microwave oven, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, bottled water, juice, milk and granola bars. There is a shared ground floor den with leather furniture sofa and desk with 2 chairs and side table. We have private garden with private seating areas in the non-winter months. The home itself has a warm feel which we love to share. Guest access Each bedroom has its own lock and key for your peace of mind while you enjoy the area restaurants and activities. Guest are given a room key and a code to allow access of the side entrance of the home for convenience. We do have external cameras to monitor the premises in public places. During your stay We are located in downtown Hampton on Route One next to the Hampton Village Hardware and across the street from The Old Salt Restaurant and Lamie's Tavern. Our historic white colonial house shares the driveway with our 75 year old H G WEBBER Antiques Store. Other things to note We have a local Uber driver available for local shuttles to the beach for 10.00 a trip if that is helpful.
