Perhaps in the most beautiful amphitheatrical neighborhood of Lilaia (Kato Agoriani or just Agoriani), at the foot of Mount Parnassos & in the shadow of rocks, we created "Agoriani Art Suite", with respect to tradition, and decorated it with passion, with many of our artcrafts! Constantly improving our facilities, we offer the possibility of choosing pillows, among goose down, memory foam and anatomical. Exclusive use of KORRES & APIVITA products. Also exists a built-in safe & library... The space Just sit back on the sofa around the fireplace and enjoy a drink with music, a book, chat, watch a movie, or a favorite tv series. If someone in the team plays the piano, just whisper with him a favorite song! Of course, you can cook in our fully equipped kitchen or bake at the barbeque on the terrace. You can also work at our desk if you wish to combine work and vacations. Or of course, you can sit around the large terrace table with a glass of wine or a beer and gaze at the view of Mt Parnassos, Mt Kallidromo (Brallos) and Polydrosso at the opposite hill, and let carefree children play in the yard and your baby in the safety of the cot! Guest access Our guests have exclusive access to the entire house, the two terraces and the courtyard! The house has a spacious living room, with a six-seater sofa in front of the modern fireplace, a flat-screen satellite TV and a stereo radio - cd player. On the other side, an electric piano waits to offer its melodic notes to the team’s guests. In the showcase, next to the fireplace, you will see our collection of about 20 scales, gathered one by one from around the world. In the open plan living area, there is also the 6-seater dining room (extended to 8 or 12 seats) and the comfortable kitchen. While, the two external doors in the living room lead respectively to the two large verandas, the one of the entrance that is housed and the other with the pergola and vine. A small hallway from the living room leads to the master bedroom, the main bathroom and the second room. This features: two single beds converted into a king’s size bed, a loft with a double bed, accessed by a "nautical style staircase" (adored by children and not only!), a "hanging" children's bed and a work desk. A staircase (with "duck’s steps") leads to the lower floor, to the small "cellar", the second bathroom, equipped with shower and the 3rd bedroom. We can accommodate up to 6 people and with children up to 8. Other things to note Τhe adventure of COVID-19 disease in Greece has been dealt with speed, exceptional attention, and responsibility, both by the authorities and by the citizens, who in the vast majority cooperated with the authorities. "Agoriani Art Suite" has incorporated into its already strict cleaning procedures: a protocol based on the guidelines of the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), along with the relevant guidelines of the National Organization for Public Health (EODY) of Greece. Among other things, they include the cleaning of our bed linens by ouselves at temperatures that exceed 60o C, for cleaning with simultaneous absolute disinfection/sterilization. Locally, the disinfection of the sofa fabrics, chairs, covers, mattresses, curtains, wastebaskets, kitchen, sanitary ware, and other surfaces, with emphasis on switches, knobs, handles, remote controls, etc., are disinfected with disinfectant solution. In this respect, a Cleaning Check List is used. Free disposable gloves are provided. We provide excellent quality, crystal clear, white cotton sheets (with satin stripes) and pillowcases, duvets and duvet covers, coatings, face, and bath towels. There is full capacity to work from home, with the main characteristic of the reliable and continuous Free Internet (Wi-Fi), reaching a speed of 50mbps. The desk in the second room is equipped with a notebook and pens and can be made available to our HP Printer with Scanner and Copier, suitable for direct - easy Wi-Fi connection with Smartphones, Tablets or Laptops or for e-mail printing order directly to the printer. A "mouse" with a USB cable and a mouse pad are also available for your Laptop. If you wish to teleconference, we provide you the HDMI cable (5m) to connect your Laptop to the TV. The house has also full baby equipment: a baby cot, a children's dining room seat, a little chair, and a stool, a "baby changer", 2 baby toilet seats, blankets, bed linens, and cushions. We also provide a feeder and drinking trough equipment, for pets. There is a professional hairdryer, a fairly well-organized pharmacy with all the basics, and access to a washing machine can be provided. Agoriani Art Suite features radiators with electro-boiler for hot water, a spare kerosene stove, and ceiling fans. The kitchen has an electric oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, espresso, filter & frappe machines, kettle, etc. Equipment includes a complete set of dishes, glasses, cutlery, as well as pots, pan, baking pans, and whatever else a kitchen needs. There is a gas barbeque on the terrace. From a safety point of view, Agoriani Art Suite has smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, two fire extinguishers, a fire-resistant blanket, safety lights (fixed & mobile with an autonomy of up to 10 hours in case of power failure) and a backup generator.
