An extra payment of €50 is required for late arrivals upon notice (from 8:00 p.m. to midnight). - Upon arrival, the signature of the relevant lease agreement in Italian will be required. - The accommodation tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is excluded from the total and will be applied in accordance with municipal regulations. - There is a small above-ground pool located on the last terrace towards the sea, available from June to September. - Optional linen rental (towels and sheets) at the price of €20 per person per week. - OBLIGATION to separate and dispose of waste. Otherwise, a penalty of €80 will be withheld for up to 10kg of waste, + €50 for each additional kg. - OBLIGATION to leave the kitchenette and dishes clean (service not included in the final cleaning price).
