Fresh air and our pure fresh water comes from a well. 6 miles from Millerton, Pine Plains, Amenia and close to Millbrook for fine dining and antique shopping. Mallard ducks and Canadian Geese nest on the islands. Additionally there is a large wooden deck with umbrella, chaise lounge, table and chairs; nearby a fire-pit, picnic table and dock. In the summer months, swarms of fireflies on the large meadow light up the sky, followed by the nighttime canopy revealing starry nights, constellations and the planets visible to the naked eye. It is a luxurious place to immerse yourself in nature, observe the sunset and contemplate in total privacy. Other things to note Swimming locations neaby, including Bash Bish Falls and Rudd Pond.
