The host provides linens, towels, and bathroom essentials, so guests need not worry about packing those items. Guest access All tenants have access to the first-floor living room/community space, the bathrooms, co-working space/study area and kitchen. Our Living and Workspace can transition from a peaceful and quiet space to read a book or write a paper to a fun place to chat, play cards, or watch a movie with friends! Equipped with a couch and seating areas, a smart TV, and quick access to the kitchen area, our living spaces could become your next hangout or study spot. Each room is leased individually and therefore are private spaces that need tenant approval to enter. Common spaces such as living room and dining areas are accessible to all tenants. We offer to house tourists, visitors, students, and academics for the Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters. We have placed hundreds of students from Universities from all over the world and we hope to help you find your home away from home. If you would like your own private space but enjoy having a community of academics to engage with then this is for you! During your stay We may be reached on Airbnb, by phone and by email, the details of which will be shared once a booking is confirmed Other things to note A few things to note when staying with us for more than one month: - A subtenancy agreement, renter's insurance agreement (for long-term stays) must be signed before check-in - All tenants must provide rental application details, renter's insurance, and copy of government-issued ID - A professional team will be assigned once in a while to clean our shared spaces including kitchens, living rooms, and shared bathrooms. We help you keep common spaces nice and tidy for everyone who shares there. Furthermore, we encourage tenants to have at least 2 hours of weekly chores to maintain the common areas clean and organized - Our homes are available for booking on a 14-day minimum rental period. Check-in Time: 5:00 PM Check-out Time: 10:00 AM Cleaning fee (to cover general cleaning and deep cleaning upon move out) Private room and bed - $300 per person (includes weekly cleaning of common areas)
