Entire House in Popular Pleasant Ridge

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is a home away from home. It is located within walking distance to major bus stops, local shopping, restaurants, bars, and even a brewery. If you are driving, there are two major highways 1 minute away. The house is also minutes away from popular attractions such as: Reds, Bengals, Kings Island, Cincinnati Zoo, Kenwood Towne Center, UC, XU, U.S. Bank Arena and Duke Energy Convention Center. Your hosts live just around the corner and are happy to help. The space There is off-street parking and a great backyard, perfect for an evening campfire. Up the stairs that are a bit steep, includes the master bedroom (queen bed), the middle bedroom (a set of bunk beds), the back bedroom (queen bed), and a full bath that has a shower with a claw foot tub. The ceiling in the bathroom has a slight slope, so people who are really tall may notice this when standing in the shower. You have to go through the middle bedroom to get to bathroom and the back bedroom. The first floor includes a spacious living room (2 pull out couches sleep 2 each), formal dining room seats eight, a kitchen with pots/pans and cooking utensils and a bathroom with a washer and dryer. This is an 1880’s home that has been updated with new decor and furniture, mostly from IKEA. There is central air (heat and air conditioning), and we we have an extra window unit for the back bedroom in the summer. The driveway gets narrow but there is plenty of parking in the front portion. Guest access Entire house and yard except basement. Other things to note If you are traveling with children we want you to know that there are steps to the second floor bedrooms. While we have a baby gate that can be used for a doorway, it is not to be used for the stairs.
