The house is fully equipped, with fireplace for colder nights and outside tile table for great meals during the all year round portuguese sunny days. From here you can explore Sintra, pittoresque villages and markets, go surf at Praia Grande or do some beach hopping around the many lisbon coast beaches nearby. The space Right next to the beautiful Praia das Azenhas do Mar lies Casa Dos Avós a full house surrounded by pine trees. If you want to discover the beauty of Sintra and it's beaches this is a perfect place to do so. You are 4 minutes - 1,7 km - drive from Praia da Azenhas, and not much further ( 5 minutes - 2,6 km ) you have Praia das Maças, where you can take the historic and beautiful tram to Sintra. If you enjoy surfing be sure not to miss Praia Grande, which is only 8 min far, and is one of the best surf spots in the Lisbon area. We have plenty of space at our house to store your boards! The center of Sintra is mandatory and is only 23 min away, so be sure to discover its wonders from the Mouros Castle to Quinta da Regaleira. Our house as all the commodities to provide you an enjoyable and comfortable stay: 2 bedrooms, one living room with a fire place for a romantic night, and even a mezzanine bed that we are sure kids will love. The kitchen is fully equipped for any meal you might wish to prepare. Outside there’s a barbecue as well as tables that we are sure you’ll want to use in the sunny Portuguese days. The area around the house is filled with pine trees that provide a unique feeling of a house in a forest. Guest access All House. Other things to note As of March 1st 2019 a new regulation entered into force that will require all hosts in Sintra Municipality to collect tourist tax from their guests and remit it to the municipality. This tax is 1€ per person per night, up to a limit of 3 nights. Children with less than 13 years old, handicapped guests or guests travelling for medical purposes are exempt upon presentation of proof.
