We are set amongst open dairy farmland 3.5kms from Queen Charlotte Sound and 10 minutes from Kenepuru Sound. Handy to Picton ferry. Local activities are plentiful; walking tracks such as the famous Queen Charlotte Track, canoeing, fishing, birdwatching and Marlborough's restaurants and vineyards are not too far away. Our place would suit couples, and people wanting a quiet place to rest and explore. The space The unit is within our home, but is fully self-contained with its own queen size bed, kitchenette, shower, toilet, T.V. and outdoor patio. Guest access Unit is part of the house but guests have their own private entrance. Other things to note Space to park a trailer boat during your stay. The closest electric vehicle charger is in Havelock. Electric vehicle charging at the property and other additional power requirements are not included and are charged by arrangement.
