1st Floor - Hi Country Haus Condos in Winter Park, Colorado. On the Fraser River and steps away from WP Ski Bus pick-up. Our cozy condo offers a King bed, full/double bed and twin/single bed. Walking distance to groceries at Fireside Market. Restaurants = Hernando’s, Randi’s, Namaste, Carver’s, Fontenot’s, The Perk, Woods’s, Wake-n-Bacon, Domino’s & more! The space Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. We supply coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cider, outdoor chairs, high chair/pack-n-play (for infants), extra towels/blankets & pillows as well as minimal toiletries FREE of charge. Guest access The entire condo will be YOURS to enjoy during your stay. We only utilize key pad entry, so no key to turn in or remember. The key code will be provided prior to your arrival. Other things to note We do not rent to guests under 25. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. No parties, no pets and no shoes/ski boots in the condo.
