Come and stay in our completely renovated modern farmhouse. This awesome house contains all modern conveniences, including central AC, heat, and high speed WiFi. Our nightly price covers up to 12 guests. Kids are always welcome. Just let us know who you're bringing so we can accommodate (need the high chair, pack n' play, etc. Let us know!). The space We have renovated this nineteenth century farmhouse and turned it into a cozy, modern home. The house is on a 70 acre vineyard, that includes a state of the art tasting room and restaurant. The Farmhouse has been updated with all conveniences, including central AC, heat and high speed WiFi . This is not a rustic cabin, but some seriously awesome luxury. Bedrooms: The Farmhouse can sleep up to 12 people, but it’s also perfect for a couple who want a quiet getaway (please look for our private room options). We gladly provide all bed linens, towels and pillows. There are three bedrooms in the house. The first bedroom has a king size bed with new pillow top mattress, flat screen TV, a work desk and in suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed that comfortably sleeps two which also includes flat screen TV and adjacent private bathroom. Our third bedroom also has a king size bed with new pillow top mattress, flat screen TV, a work desk and in suite bathroom. In addition this bedroom has a bunk bedroom with 3 double beds that can sleep up to 6 people. Bathrooms: We have 3 full bathrooms upstairs with a brand new fixtures. Downstairs, there is a powder room with washer and dryer. We provide soap, shampoo, towels, and washing detergent Living room: Lounge comfortably in 2 couches and cozy chairs. This room also has a large flat screen TV and plenty of board games, playing cards, kids books and magazines to read. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with an eight person farm table. You’ll have everything you need to cook a holiday meal, bake cupcakes, or just make coffee + toast and use the microwave for simple reheating. We provide a blender, pots, pans, dishes, glasses and all utensils. Coffee: We have a commercial size Keurig with a variety of options from teas to coffee , cider, hot chocolate, sugar (and non-sugars), creamer, stevia, etc. Cable: All flat screens are hooked up to cable and Roku. Water supply: The entire farm property in on a well. We have taken measurements to assure that you have enough water for your stay and to run our properly. However, any additional water needs should be communicated prior to booking. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house including living room, eat in kitchen, powder room and all bedrooms upstairs.
