Mountain side, 1/2 acre grassy country home, pet free... Very comfortable with 2 family rooms with large flat screen TV in one of the rooms, spacious kitchen, 2 fireplaces and plenty of wood to burn, hiking, snowshoeing, biking out the door and 20 minutes from Snow Basin and 45 minutes from Salt Lake Ski areas. The mountain is your back yard. This home is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The deer love it too! No parties or events allowed. The space Use of entire home, pet free home... I am no longer allowing pets in the home or in the yard. Guest access Guests can access all of the property and home...however, I no longer allow dogs or other pets in the home or in the yard. Sorry about that! Other things to note No pets of any kind are allowed!
