Sanctuary at Redfish 2106 is Professionally Managed by Newman Dailey. The space Sanctuary at Redfish is located on Big RedFish Lake - a rare coastal dune lake on Highway 30A. A seasonal water taxi will take you across the lake to the beautiful white-sand beaches where your complimentary beach chairs and umbrella await. During off season golf-cart service is available and for those who enjoy a nice leisurely walk you can walk to and from the beach via the preserve trail year round. Sanctuary 2106 offers the best of both worlds—a serene lake framed by lush greenery and the endless horizon of the Gulf of Mexico beyond. Redfish 2106 radiates an attractive beach vibe heightened by many upgrades. The fully-stocked kitchen features a glass tile backsplash, gorgeous white marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. Each of the bedrooms has a coastal flare and the primary suite in particular shines thanks to its giant en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub, balcony access and beach views. Consider its amenities- walking trails, an expansive pool deck with four separate pools and a free seasonal shuttle across the lake to the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. For those who enjoy a nice leisurely walk you can go to and from the beach via the preserve trail or the public beach access year round. This condo comes with 2 parking spaces. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to under 25. Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV. The last day of Pontoon Boat service for 2025 will occur on November 30, 2025. The Pontoon Boat service will start up again on March 1, 2026. THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.
