The waterfront is only 3 blocks away! This cozy suite has it's own private entrance, a comfy queen bed, TV. A large private bath with original claw foot tub, shower and amazing water pressure! The kitchenette is equipped with Keurig, microwave and small fridge. Snacks, dishes, utensils, Starbucks coffee and cream provided. You are welcome to relax in a rocking chair on the front porch and take in the cool breezes and shade of our giant Magnolia and majestic Oaks. We are walking distance to the river and restaurants. You are welcome to borrow a bike and tour the town or grab a beach chair, towel and umbrella and head for the sand. So much to see and do! Come join us and leave your cares behind! You will fall in love! Large designated parking area on side of the house on College St. Three room guest suite (bedroom, bath and kitchenette), access to the large front porch. You can be completely private or we will meet you at the door. We are always available. If there is anything you need just ask and we will do our best to accommodate you.
