One Bedroom in Beautiful Evanston

We live on the first floor of a 100 year old vintage duplex. Your space has a full size bed and lounge area for two on the private lower floor in finished garden level. The shared bathroom is on the first floor. There are 12 steps between floors. The space There is a bedroom with a small lounge in our furnished basement that you have all to yourself. The full sized bed sleeps two. There is a small futon in the lounge that can accommodate a third person if needed. There is a vintage style coke mini fridge. The space is very clean, tastefully decorated, with wall to wall carpet. The price is $75 a night for one or two people. There is a small futon that folds down and can be used for a small third person at $10 additional. This space shares a bathroom with the house. The bathroom is on the main level, 12 stair steps from the lower level. Lovely outdoor space for relaxing. We have another Airbnb space on the main level which has a twin bed and is $50. Sometimes both spaces are full at the same time, so you may meet a new friend! Guest access Guests have access to entire shared spaces. There is one bathroom that is shared. If the kitchen is needed, please let me know when you will need it. There is a microwave in the kitchen that you can use at any time. During your stay We will be in and out during the day, but are always happy to help! This is a very mellow family space. A friend of mine said that It's like staying at a favorite aunt's place. I am respectful of you and your vibe. If you are looking for private time, I get it. If you are looking to hang out and socialize, that is great too! I love meeting new people and hear new stories! This is an ideal place to stay for college visitors. Our dog is a curious fellow and has access to all shared spaces. Other things to note Plenty of on-street parking. I have parking permits to give to guests (free for you). We live close to beautiful lake Michigan. Walking distance to Northwestern. We love to burn the fireplace on chilly nights. Our dog Fritz is a good guy who loves to run around. He is still a youngster, so he is curious about everything. He will want to be your buddy, so keep your door closed at the top of the stairs if you don't want him to visit you in your room! This is an ideal location for people who are visiting Northwestern, Loyola, University of Chicago, and all Chicagoland venues because Evanston is on Chicago's Northern border. Long term rental would be considered for Northwestern grad student.
