Mission Ln has a lot too LOVE it’s comfortable with a fun western vintage vibe. We offer LG channels, Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney, high speed internet and a record player. A small but fully stocked kitchen and big BBQ in a private and very quite backyard, play darts, read a book, have a drink, listen to music while enjoying a wood burning fire. Our neighborhood offers excellent food, hiking, walking, running and biking on the canal, mountain or the historical Murphy Bridle Path on Central Ave The space This condo is set up for only 4 guests. First and foremost do not smoke or Vape on my property rent a different property, I don’t allow it! Absolutely no parties, no loud music, no animals and no one other then my guests in the pool area. There is no washer, dryer or dishwasher so you will have disses to do. Only 2 cars per reservation and parking only in front of my condo street or short driveway at an angle if you have a large vehicle. You will have access to everything except a hall closet and the garage. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bath with a very comfortable king bed in the master bedroom and 2 comfortable twin beds in the spare bedroom. Fully stocked small kitchen (no dishwasher). A private backyard with a big BBQ, a table for 4 and a wood burning fireplace. You can walk directly across the street and enjoy the community swimming pool, it is not heated in the winter months and for guests only. There is a beautiful neighborhood across the main street for daily walking or running and 1/2 mile into that neighborhood is a big park that has exercise stations around it and a playground for kids. Rose Mofford park is about 2 miles with tennis, pickle ball, 3 sided courts basketball and kids play area. The best hiking and mountain biking in the valley with the trailhead about a mile from the condo. Lots of antique shopping and some wonderful local and chain restaurants within a mile or 2. It also backs to the canal for walking, running or biking and it’s centrally located and easy access to get around the valley. You really do need a car at this property. If you explore the area you will love it. :) Guest access The keypad on the garage is only for owner access, you will enter the property with the key pad on the front door. You will receive your code the day of check-in. We have a shared pool in the complex that is very refreshing in the summer and unfortunately not heated in the winter months. You will have a key for access. The key will be on a magnetic strip on wall next to the refrigerator. If you lose the key it will be a $40 dollar association fee to replace it. Please my guests are only allowed in pool and follow all the pool rules and be considerate to my neighbors.l Other things to note Trash bin is behind the brown wooden gate left side of garage. Use the first trash can you come to close to wood gate it’s for all things trash. Some can’t figure out what is recyclable so please just put everything in the first bin again closest to gate. Please remove all trash when you leave, put towels in the tub. Please turn off all lights inside and outside. Please make sure the stereo is completely off, and lock all the doors and the kitchen and bathroom windows. Turn off the AC/heater…..LOCK THE DOORS PLEASE, thank you:)
