Guests will have access to an equipped kitchen [fridge – freezer – gas stove - microwave, dishwasher, pots and accessories] and a total of 8 seats [4 indoor + 4 outdoor] – television – washing machine – barbecue - outdoor sink - outdoor shower and free WIFI. All spaces are at the exclusive disposal of our guests. During after-hours check-in, one of our staff will be available by phone for any eventuality or emergency, thus guaranteeing real-time assistance. HOUSE RULES: • Before arrival, all guests are required to send a copy of their ID or passport. • respect the municipal rules on the recycling of waste and do not leave residual waste in the fridge or in the bins upon departure, guests are asked to bring the residual waste to the ecological island of Costa Rei (the failure to provide the bins at the ecological island will result in a penalty of €50.00 for disposal that will be deducted from the security deposit ) • leave kitchen equipment and barbecue clean when you leave • make use of the systems and toilets and kitchen responsibly • The guest must provide us with the exact time of arrival at the property and provide the flight number (if applicable). We are close to all the most famous beaches in the neighborhood: Piscina Rey - Costa Rei - Calasinzias - Monte Turnu - Scoglio di Peppino can be reached with short trips.
