A PRESTIGIOUS VILLA IN A UNIQUE SETTING Our villa, built with local stone, completely restored and renovated, stands out for its privileged panoramic position with breathtaking views over the Tiber Valley and the Alviano Oasis. This century-old residence has been masterfully brought back to life, preserving the rustic Umbrian charm while enriching it with contemporary luxury details. Passing through the wooden gate, decorated with the characteristic sculpture of a little donkey, you'll enter an exclusive world: 10 hectares (25 acres) of private park where nature reigns supreme. The park, populated by deer, goats, and our friendly little donkeys, offers countless spaces to relax and rediscover the pleasure of outdoor living.
