Laundry Room upon request Washer and Dryer per load $1 each I am available via text and phone. No other guests, unless we are visiting and stay in the downstairs apartment. Our property is on the outskirts of town, to us we love the little bit of seclusion it has and how it doesn't make you feel too secluded. We do have neighbors on each side and across the street. Neighborhood is very quiet and country setting. No public transportation close, it is best to have a car. 10-15 minute walk to Lisbon town center. 20 minute drive to Littleton and Woodsville for dining and shopping. We are not responsible or liable for any personal injuries inside or outside on property or any type of vehicle damage. No more than 4 guests total may stay overnight, due to NH fire and safety codes. We are not always available to meet and greet (hand over keys) at 4PM. We can put keys into lock box. (Wi-Fi password is on chalk board) We will also let you know where to park and unload. Our hot & cold are backwards inside shower. Remember please do not smoke indoors or near open windows. No animals unless a certified service dog. All other animals of any kind are not allowed, they may jeopardize the health of our future quests and cleaners. Notify me if trash removal is needed (do not let trash pile up) or left outside. Bag all trash and leave at bottom of stairs upon check out. Notify me immediately if there are any plumbing issues or shower isn’t draining properly. Baby gate & PacknPlay is available upon request. We can provide standing fans and (offer portable AC for bedrooms during the summer) if needed. Extra fee for: Grocery shopping prior to arrival House Keeping Washer & Dryer Please remember to lock the door when you check out. Leave the key on the sign in table, or return to lock box. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT: Flush wipes or feminine products, cigarette butts, hair, food or grease down toilet! (Toilet and sewer pump will clog and back up---extra repair/cleaning fee of $90/per hour will be charged). Burning of any type of candles. Cook cheese or meat fondue: (It takes days to get rid of smell, extra cleaning fee will be charged).
