The bathroom is for your sole use...You will have free and private access to the entire third floor.Sitting room and work area are part of your private space. Guests have access to the kitchen in the mornings. Fridge may be accessed at anytime. Guest access 3rd floor ...about 600 square feet....bright and cheerful. Kitchen ....large, bright cheerful space overlooking the walled garden. Guests have access to the kitchen until 12 noon. Fridge at anytime. Gas stove is not for guest use. Microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster…available for guest use. Garden...a quiet,peaceful ….relax in the garden at anytime. There is a second double and single beds for your guests. Fees apply if these additional beds are used. Other things to note Guests help themselves to a variety of fruits ,breads ,coffee, tea…. Gas Stove is not for guest use.
