Efficient and spacious kitchen, large living/ working space and a bright and sunny bedroom. Bed has comfy mattress and cotton sheets and bedding. I have plenty of extra blankets, so just shoot me a text if you need one. Free wifi but NO CABLE TV. There is an antenna for very basic stations. Old School DVD player too! ROKU available with your signin. Large modern desk for remote working. Plenty of bandwith for streaming from your laptop. Kitchen includes a full-size electric stove with oven, sink, and a full-size fridge. There is a French press for coffee and an instant hot electric kettle. Toaster and microwave, & drip coffee maker. Ask if you need to borrow something else. Bring slippers in winter. the floors are COLD. The front porch overlooks our wooded yard. Watch for deer and turkeys. Guest access Apartment is private with a private entrance. You'll have your own porch/outdoor space and are welcome to use our front yard as well. You will receive a front door code upon check-in. Code is changed with each guest for your peace of mind. (And mine!)
