We are happy to share this beautiful spot with you. Our house is located on the same property, we are very open people and are happy when our guests feel at home. The space Completed in 2020, the very high-quality bungalow was built from ecological materials in the low-energy standard. The amenities are absolutely high quality, everything is barrier-free, underfloor heating. You park the car right in front of the bungalow and have threshold-free access to all rooms of the building and the terraces. The view through the fully glazed south and west side of the open living-dining area is incomparable. The kitchen is equipped with a Miele dishwasher, Siemens microwave, fridge and oven and a Ceran range with Bora range hood. The dining table made of solid oak is 200 × 100 in size. The seating furniture with dining bench is very comfortable. A huge couch invites you to relax. It is not only very comfortable to sit on, but you can also sleep on it with 2 people. A TV with magenta TV can be found in the living area and in the bedroom (integrated into the box spring bed). The bedroom also features a very large wardrobe with an interior that leaves nothing to be desired. The tasteful bathroom has a vanity top and toilet as well as a walk-in shower with rainshower function. A Miele washing machine, an exhaust dryer and plenty of storage space are located in the technical room. On the terrace you sit under the quince tree and enjoy the view over vineyards and the valley. A gas or charcoal grill is gladly provided. The swimming pond, which is located in the garden part of the main building, may also be used by guests. Children are generally very welcome, but there are also high walls on the premises next to the swimming pond, which is not fenced. Therefore, the property is only suitable for babies or older children. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted.
