Activities include canoeing/kayaking, fishing, biking, horseshoes, swimming and hiking in the summer. Winter months include ice skating, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, as well as snowmobile trails close by. This lovely setting is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families and children. The space This is an A-frame home that has an inaccessible lower level . Two floors are accessible to guests. The top floor has two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, and the other (a loft) has a queen, and bunk beds (two singles). The main floor has an open-concept living room and kitchen with a fireplace and views of the water, deck access and a dedicated office space. The bathroom/laundry room with shower, as well as a bedroom with one queen size bed are also on the main level. There is a great deal of privacy in the yard, a dock for your personal use, and parking for multiple cars. Canoe and paddle boat available. Guest access Main floor, second floor, yard, parking lot, dock, beach and swimming area below the dam. *The lower walkout level is inaccessible to guests. *There are absolutely no trailers permitted. * Parking on grass is not permitted. *Snowmobiles are NOT permitted on the lawn. For trail usage nearby, please inquire. *Absolutely no pets. *Please bring your firewood. Other things to note Fantastic Muskie and Bass fishing in season!!! The cottage has great Swimming as well as Relaxing River Tubing Excursions, (Great for unwinding). Canoe on site and Stand up Paddleboard Rental available. Enjoy playing horseshoes, relax on the deck or dock or go for a pedal boat ride. Shallow areas are great for young children to puddle around, catch frogs and explore. Older children can jump and dive into deeper water when the floating dock is utilized. Have your lunch while sitting at the floating picnic table and enjoy the fun. Cap off your day with a delicious barbecue, a relaxing, roaring fire and then retire to your clean, comfortable bed.
