Centrally located in So Cal close to EVERYTHING: LA, beaches, Knotts, Anaheim Convention, shopping & only 5miles to Disneyland! Free driveway parking for 2 cars **PET FEE will be billed separately. There is a seperate guesthouse on the property that is completely seperate and fenced off from your area with the entrance on a different street. There is no interaction with your neighbors next door at the guesthouse. *Jacuzzi is NOT included in listing as it is just the shell left from previous owner and doesn’t work. Please always reference the amenities list for what IS included in listing. *NO BBQ USE *There is a personal and private storage shed in driveway that my Houskeeper and laundry service use for supplies for guest house. You do NOT have access to this private storage and they may need to get into it but again it’s in the driveway. *LAUNDRY ROOM: Notify me if you want access to washer/dryer as I keep that room locked due to personal belongings and I will let you know where the key is. The house is designed to make you feel like you are on a getaway; it's an experience and a taste of Southern California living. There is an abundance of space and a bright sunroom that will surely brighten up your day. Lush huge tropical plants line the fence in the backyard and the front yard is filled with native California plants which further contributes to the SoCal experience. Private corner house. You dont have access to go behind any gates or sheds. Also bbq is not for Airbnb use. Other things to note For long stays (31 days or longer) we will provide a starter amount of supplies (ex. Toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) you will be responsible for providing your own supplies during the duration of your extended stay as these bookings are month to month rental. *House periodically gets remodeled. Some decor and furniture will be different. *Gardener usually comes on Mondays *Please take care of the home as your own. You are immersing yourself in a real residential neighborhood with actual neighbors so please be mindful of the noise and ABSOLUTELY no parties or events! I only allow 10 guests MAX at any one time whether staying the night or not (an exception for 1-2 extra guests such as infants or a visiting guest might be made but must ask me first please.) ***Please notify me in ADVANCE if you need laundry access. I keep the private laundry room locked as it has my personal belongings.
