Layout Ground Floor The ground floor features an open-plan living and kitchen area, as well as two bedrooms. The living room features a comfortable sofa, and a 43” Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, making a self-catered holiday seem effortless, while the breakfast bar, is the perfect spot for your morning coffee. The dining room area includes large windows that create a seamless feel with the outdoors and can comfortably seat up to 7 guests. The dining room leads to the outdoors through glass panel doors to a terrace. The ground floor also features a bathroom, with a washer for added convenience. Bedroom 1 This bedroom includes a King-size bed ( 1,80 x 2,00 ), wardrobe, 43” Smart TV, and a self-controlled A/C. This bedroom also has access to the terrace with a patio round table and two chairs. Bedroom 2 This bedroom includes a King-size bed ( 1,80 x 2,00 ), wardrobe, 43” TV, and a self controlled A/C. This bedroom also features and en-suite bathroom with a stand up shower. Upper Level This open beam ceiling attic is a charming space, which features 2 single beds, that can be joined together to form a Queen, upon request. This bedroom also features a floating sofa, a self-controlled A/C, a desk area, and a private balcony with seating. Outdoor Area Includes: - Α private 14sq. m heated swimming pool with a depth of 1.50m throughout. The pool has a built-in seating bench with jets for a hydro massage.
