You will enjoy staying in our authentic fisherman's house with its 30m² enclosed terrace and private parking space. 100 m from the port of Saint-Cado with its legendary "house on the water" and Saint-Cado Island. 200 m from the small beach. Close to coastal trails. Peaceful fishing village with bars and restaurants. 1.8 km from shops, bakery, etc. Bicycle available (April-November). Pellet stove. For organizational reasons, arrival on Saturday is preferred. The space Ground floor: 35 m² living room, with a fireplace (recently equipped with a pellet stove – a bag provided on arrival –), overlooking an equipped kitchen. 1st floor: one bedroom with double bed*, one shower room and one separate toilet 2nd floor (with small sea view): a large bedroom with 3 single beds* of which 2 can be joined. *Hotel quality beds. Baby cot available upon prior request. Guest access House with fully enclosed courtyard available. Use by you alone. Other things to note One of the oldest houses in the fishing village of Saint Cado, you can see the sardine display carved into the base of the window. Ceiling height: 2 m. Our 2 city bikes are available from April to November (with liability waiver letter). Child seats can be fitted upon prior request.
