Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTES: 1) Please note that standard check-in times are between 4pm to 8pm and for check-out from 8am to 10am. 1.a) SURCHARGES FOR CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT OUTSIDE THE TIMES ESTABLISHED IN OUR LISTINGS: customers who for any reason (flight arrival time, etc.) arrive outside the times established for check-in (which are from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm), we will be obliged to charge 10 euros for every half hour of waiting; the same surcharge will be applied to checkouts before 8:00 am (in this case, the surcharge will be 10 euros for every half hour of notice). 1.b) Check-out is not ALLOWED after 10:00 AM; this is the deadline for leaving the apartment. 2) With regard to apartments with air conditioning and heating, the meter will be read when you check in and again when you check out and provided that the consumption is reasonable, no supplement will be charged, but in exceptional cases where an abusive consumption is detected, the corresponding amount will be charged. 3) Hand soap and toilet paper are included in our rates (within the concept of cleaning and laundry fee) ; the apartment is delivered in perfect condition and therefore must be returned in the same conditions; otherwise, a supplement will be charged according to the condition of the house; sheets and towels are not included in the rate and if desired must be contracted separately (see specific supplements). 4) Pets are accepted (up to 15 kg): in these cases a supplement of 10,00€/day per pet is charged, with a minimum of 30 euros per pet and stay. For pets weighing more than 15 kg, they must be consulted prior to booking and whether or not to accept such pets, as well as the amount of surcharge per day to be charged, it will be decided on a case-by-case basis. 5) In apartments with communal swimming pools and other common leisure spaces, guests must accept and respect the rules of use of them as provided by the Homeowner's Community; access to the pool carries surcharges not included in the public fees, to be paid directly in the Complex. 6) The amount of the tourist tax is not included in the rates published on this website and therefore its amount must be paid by the client in cash when checking in the apartment. 7) For stays of 29 nights or more, the guest will be charged the consumption of supplies (water, electricity, gas, etc.) accrued during their stay, being able to charge these amounts to the deposit provided by the guest.
