Victorian home that has been lovingly brought back to life over the past 5 years. When not filled with travelers like yourself, we use it as our second home. Bushnell is my home town and I graduated from BPC High School in 1973. Enjoy the charm of small town Midwest living in the middle of lovely farms with fields of soybeans and corn. A great place to stay if you are visiting our area in hopes of getting that “Big Buck” trophy for your wall at home. The space You will have use of the entire home. If a pet is approved, there will be an additional fee of $30/night per animal. Pets should be crated when you are leaving them in the house alone. Pets should not be on furniture. Anyone staying at the property needs to be disclosed by name. The person making the reservation should be staying at the home unless this is approved in advance by owner. Guest access The house, not including the basement. The yard. None of the outbuildings. Any guests on the property should be clearly identified to the owner in advance. Unauthorized people in the house will incur an additional fee of $50/person/night. If you are going to invite others over then simply inform owners in advance of your intentions. Other things to note Check in after 4 pm on day of arrival. Check out at or before 10 am on day of departure. All guests need to be identified by name. All pets need to be disclosed. The guest making the reservation is expected to stay at the property and is responsible for the property. If this is not the situation then disclose to owner and get approval in advance. The Victorian has steep stairs going to second floor. There are a couple of China cabinets and some knick-knacks setting around. Not recommended for toddlers and young children.
