Queen Bed - Artsy, Trendy, Fun Apartment Space

This is a wonderful, super comfortable, fully private space! Very modern, artsy and fun! In a fabulous historic home built in 1895. You will love it here! Check out all of the pictures - I try to show you all the details. There is ample parking right in front of the house on the street. Pets are allowed - for a $40 per stay fee. The space This space is a small apartment - about 475 sq. ft. total. It is located on the back of a 3 unit building which I own - and is right next door to my home. It may be small, but the charm will make up for it's size - I have maximized the space for your enjoyment. The apartment has it's own private entrance - it is like your personal cottage in the city! I have fined tuned this space for every detail. The kitchen is fully stocked with every gadget, pan, dish - everything! If I did not get it in there, just ask - I will get it to you right away. The bed is a memory foam with gel cooling top. There are two tv's - one in the living room, the other in the bedroom - both have full access to Netflix, HULU, MAX- or whatever else you may need. WiFi is recently updated to the highest speed and modem. You will also be provided with all your linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel - if you forgot something, please let me know - there are either extras in the apartment - or I may have one in my house next door. Please check out all of the pictures - they are pretty detailed. I am excited to share this space with you! Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment. Or hang out in the back yard - enjoy! Other things to note You are welcome to bring your fur kids if they are house trained and friendly. I will need to be notified in your first message to me - the size and breeds and types of pets you will be bringing. I DO CHARGE A $40 FEE PER STAY. Please keep in mind, if your animal uses the carpet or rug as a toilet - that is an automatic $60 fee for the rug, and $100 fee for the carpet. I hate to do this - but unfortunately, a few (actually a lot) of bad apples have kind of taken advantage of me, so I had to change some things. Please keep in mind I do live next door, and there are cameras in the front of the building - so I will be able to verify what, and how many animals you are bringing. Please be honest, and just have good, common pet owner sense :-) This building is on a central heating system - set at 69. You do have an individual cooling unit, just not heat. I keep the register in the bedroom closed - it is right above the furnace, and can get toasty. Feel free to open it. There is also a space heater in the kitchen closet. The bathroom may get chilly.
